To help children build a future by providing quality child development services, programs and skills. Kids World, Inc. offers carefully designed programs to stimulate curiosity, cultivate self-esteem and encourage social growth in children.

To assist in operating costs, add new curriculum to classrooms, and expand equipment for the center.

Sac City Community Foundation

Purpose
The Sac Community Foundation was formed to allow individuals and entities the opportunity to give back to the community that was good to them. The foundation allows gifts to be given to benefit the public infrastructure of Sac City as well as manage the gifts to the wishes of the donor.

To help communities enhance themselves through local philanthropic initiatives and programs.

Purpose
The Sac City Library Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit corporation established exclusively to further the goals of the Sac City Public Library. The Foundation is independent of the Library and the City of Sac City.

Use of Funds
The Foundation has expended approximate one hundred thousand dollars on Library improvements since 1990. The funds have come from grants, bequests and individual memorial gifts.

Types of Gifts Accepted
All gifts whether in cash, in marketable securities or otherwise, are accepted. Gifts with restrictions are accepted, subject to Board approval, and used solely for the grantors intent.

The foundation's objectives are to help conserve our resources by effective land management, capital improvements and other conservation efforts.

Primarily used to fund the Sauk Rail Trail and its improvements.

The Sac County Historical Society is the umbrella organization of the museums and historical societies in Sac County.
