Sac Economic & Tourism Development, Sac Development Corporation, City of Sac City, and East Sac Community School board members and staff hand over keys to the vacant middle school property to Ryan Huegerich with Huegerich Construction. Redevelopment plans include 28 apartments in the old school building two five-plex units and two four-plex units on the vacant lot.

I was immediately blown away by the amount of work her and the team had completed to that point, and it was amazing to hear how passionate she was to bring this project into reality.
